I’ve got word back from the management. They told me if you can do a money order in US Dollars you are able to purchase it trough that way.

Personally I recommend to purchase the dvd trough PayPal. It should be available in the Philipenes as far as I can tell, and it should be just taking a few minutes to sign up there.

However, you might need a visa, mastercard or American Express card to pay with.

If you can’t do a purchase either way, maybe someone in your family or one of your friends is able to help you out.
